  • Click the “Customize This Design” button on the product page.
  • An edit tool will open where you can replace images, text, and dates.
  • Once your card is complete, click “Submit”.
  • fter payment, you will receive the card in your chosen format (PDF, MP4, PPTX, etc.).

Note: Static cards are personalized before payment, so you see the final design while editing.
  • These products are customizable only after purchase.
  • After payment, you will receive a download link and/or access to a Canva template.
  • Customers can either:

    Download as a PPTX (PowerPoint) file and edit locally, or

    Customize directly in Canva via the provided link.

Important:

  • A Canva account is required to access and edit the template.
  • You can edit text, images, colors, and layout as needed.

Yes. Accessing and customizing templates in Canva requires a free Canva account.

Premium elements in Canva may require a Canva Pro account.

Google Slides and PowerPoint files do not require Canva.

Customers can choose their preferred format at checkout or within the edit tool (for static cards).

After submitting your design (static cards) or completing payment (dynamic products), a download link is sent via email.


The product can be saved locally and re-used as needed.

Digital products are non-returnable.
  • Static cards: edits must be made in the edit tool before payment.
  • Dynamic or animated products: you can edit after purchase in Powerpoint or Canva, as described above.

Note: Customers are responsible for entering correct text, images, and dates; Amemorée is not liable for errors entered by the customer.

Processing Time for Personalized Items:

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs. Most customers receive their personalized order within 10–13 days.

Standard, non-personalized products: returnable within 14 days (EU/UK/US).


Books (US only): returnable only if defective, incorrect, or damaged.

Personalized items and ash jewelry: Final Sale, non-returnable.

Digital products: non-returnable.
